Welcome to Low Budget Legends. These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website or purchase products from us.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Our Products

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from photographs because of differences in screens, lighting, manufacturing or product updates.

Where measurements are provided, minor variations may occur.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the product, subject to correction of genuine errors.

If we discover an obvious pricing or product-information error after an order has been placed, we will contact you and explain the options available.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

You must provide accurate and complete information when ordering, including your delivery address and contact details.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example if a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the appropriate refund will be made.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Our payment options may include WooPayments, PayPal and supported debit or credit cards.

Payment services may be provided by third-party payment processors and may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Delivery

We currently offer FREE standard UK delivery.

Products may be dispatched from different suppliers or fulfilment locations, so items from the same order may sometimes arrive separately.

Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Many orders may arrive sooner.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Suppliers and Fulfilment Partners

Low Budget Legends may use third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to prepare and dispatch products directly to customers.

This means that products may be shipped from different locations and may arrive in separate parcels.

Low Budget Legends remains your point of contact for your order. If you experience a problem, please contact us rather than attempting to resolve the matter directly with a supplier.

8. Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to stop the order, but this may not always be possible once processing or fulfilment has begun.

For most goods purchased online, consumers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions.

After notifying us of a qualifying cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Different rules apply where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Do not return an item to an address shown on the original parcel unless we have instructed you to do so.

Because we use different fulfilment partners, the correct return location can vary between products.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order details and, where helpful, photographs showing the problem.

We will deal with the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your legal rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

11. Exceptions to Change-of-Mind Cancellation Rights

Certain products may be excluded from the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.

Examples can include:

• personalised or made-to-order products;
• goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; and
• other products specifically excluded by applicable consumer law.

This does not remove your statutory rights where a product is faulty or not as described.

12. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Occasionally a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we cannot supply a product, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.

13. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when ordering.

If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.

14. Delays Outside Our Control

Occasionally delivery or fulfilment may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, transportation delays, customs processing or other supply-chain disruption.

Where a significant problem occurs, we will take reasonable steps to assist you and comply with our legal obligations.

15. Our Responsibility to You

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights relating to goods.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, except where the law provides otherwise.

You may use our website for lawful personal shopping and browsing.

You must not deliberately misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful purposes.
