Refund and Returns Policy

At Low Budget Legends, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, receive a damaged or incorrect item, or experience a problem with your order, please contact us at support@lowbudgetlegends.co.uk.

Change of Mind Returns

If you purchase an item online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item.

To start a return, please email support@lowbudgetlegends.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. As we work with different fulfilment partners, the appropriate return location may vary depending on the product. We will provide you with the correct return instructions.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless we tell you otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect an item in the same way that you reasonably would in a shop.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in its value.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, is not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lowbudgetlegends.co.uk.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

We will review the problem and provide appropriate instructions and a remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

You should not be required to pay return costs where goods are faulty or not as described and the law requires the retailer to bear those costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, or where applicable you have supplied evidence that the goods have been returned, we will process any refund due in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

For an eligible cancellation, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge originally paid, if applicable. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional amount above our standard delivery charge.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Items That Cannot Normally Be Returned for Change of Mind

Certain products may be excluded from the standard right to cancel where permitted by law. These can include:

• personalised or made-to-order goods;
• goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; and
• other products for which the statutory right to cancel does not apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to your legal rights.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at support@lowbudgetlegends.co.uk.

We will try to stop the order before dispatch. Because orders may be processed quickly by our fulfilment partners, we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once processing has begun. If it has already been dispatched, the normal cancellation and returns process will apply.

Important Information About Returns

Please do not return an item to the address shown on the original parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Low Budget Legends remains your point of contact throughout the returns and refund process.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under UK consumer law.
