At Low Budget Legends, we aim to offer great-value products with straightforward and affordable delivery across the UK.

UK Delivery Charges

We offer FREE standard UK delivery on orders of £20 or more.

For orders under £20, a £3.49 standard UK delivery charge applies.

Any applicable delivery charge will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Our products may be dispatched from different fulfilment locations depending on the items ordered.

Please allow up to 21 working days for your order to arrive.

Many orders may arrive sooner, but delivery times can vary depending on the product, fulfilment location, courier and destination.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

If you order more than one product, your items may be dispatched separately and may arrive in different parcels or on different days.

You will not be charged additional standard delivery fees simply because your order is sent in more than one parcel.

If your order qualifies for FREE UK delivery, you will continue to receive free standard delivery even if the order is dispatched in separate parcels.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Once an order has entered the fulfilment process, we may not always be able to change or cancel it before dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delivery delays. These can include courier delays, severe weather, transport disruption, customs processing or unusually high demand.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at support@lowbudgetlegends.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to correct the information before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered fulfilment.

Additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information may need to be paid by the customer where appropriate.

Lost or Missing Orders

If you believe your order has been lost, or your tracking information shows a delivery that you have not received, please contact us at support@lowbudgetlegends.co.uk.

We will investigate the matter with the relevant fulfilment or delivery provider and work with you to resolve the issue.

International Delivery

At present, this policy relates to UK deliveries.

If international delivery is offered for a particular product in the future, the applicable delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown before checkout.
